Chris Henry was named captain for the Bengals in their final preseason game, according to Pro Football Talk.

Our View: Are you kidding us? If this doesn't cement the fact that this is the worst run organization in sports, we don't know what will. The "C" likely won't be on his jersey when the season starts as he will miss the first four weeks of the season, but the message is still clear - the Bengals are totally lost.
